1. This week we have another military-themed Mustache Monday. Really, how could we not? Look at that ‘stache! Presley M. Rixey served as the surgeon general for the US Navy from 1902-10 as well as acting as White House physician for Presidents William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt. He attended McKinley after the president was shot in Buffalo on September 6, 1901, an injury that proved fatal.
